Job Summary:
The F&B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue, and guest engagement for the food and beverage offerings of the organization. This role involves creating innovative campaigns, managing promotional activities, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for F&B outlets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Manage and optimize F&B-related digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Design and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships to drive revenue.
Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Respond to customer feedback and integrate insights into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
